Good day
It is with great disappointment that I find myself in this situation again. In January of this year I lost my phone at my nephew's funeral and when I tried to claim from this very insurance my claim was declined and I had to battle with you to get the claim approved.
On January the 3rd I purchased a phone for myself at the same store. On the 22nd of the same month I purchased a phone for my son(the device in question). I told the lady that was assisting me with the purchase and insurance that the phone was going to be for my son who was at the time going to university. In a space of one month I had purchased 2 very expensive phones. How is it plausible that I bought both phones (weeks apart) for myself? It is not my fault that the lady assisting me did not inform me that my son had to sign. Had she told me I would have brought him to the store to sign because I know the importance of having insurance for such expensive devices. I did not in any way try and deceive or give false information. I have been honest about my intentions and payments for both devices.
I urge you to kindly revist the claim with the hopes of giving me a more favorable outcome.
