I cancelled cell phone insurance in August and my query was closed in September. Why now after 2 months I'm billed for the insurance that I cancelled? After you sent me November statement with October transactions so that I don't pick up what you did. Your consultants just make assumptions without even looking at the system and when I tell them what's infront of them then you get "oh I see". Please can someone sort this out before that money accumulate interest.
