Tfg

I ordered online from totalsport on the 5th June. I then wait 2weeks and no call no email from them. I go to Markams eastrand mall (where I asked to receive delivery) and ask where my package is. They say they haven’t received them. They give me the online number to call, I called the following day and they say my order was received by a lady called thandaza at the store and she probably didn’t mark it received that’s why I didn’t get an Sms. I then go back to the store on the 22nd and when I get there they start saying they don’t know a thandaza, then someone else says thandaza is off. I’m basically made an idiot by the store manager as well who says thandazas phones off I should leave my number they’ll call me following day when thandaza says where she put my package coz they can’t find it. They fail to call like they promised. I call again after been make an idiot a full hour at the store. Still no help. It’s been over a month now and I still don’t have my package. I called online to cancel and I still don’t have my refund. As much as I love tfg clothing this was defiantly my last time buying there. Horrible service. Sis
