TFF and BASH ARE ******

To Whom It May Concern:

I have recently bought an HP laptop online via bash using my tfg account. This laptop was on promotion with a voucher of R1000. The reason I bought online, the did not have in in store.

Apparently on checkout, I had to type in a code. Since I was excited and the promotion was expiring, I did do that thinking that I will be automatically credited.

Both bash and tfg had been giving me run around, with bash saying it is tfg fault and tfg directing the fault to bash.

Both are ****** who behave as if they understand and are willing to answer any question while they both show they reluctance to credit me with the voucher as I bought the laptop within the promotion time frame.

tfg ****** did not mind when I told me that I will even close my account with them, instead they told me it needs to be R00.00 balance. I will definitely bring it to that balance and permanently close it.
