TERRIBLE SERVICE TFG INSURE

TFG INSURE CS-*** DEATH claim payment ,claim submitted Tuesday 13/08/2024 and was finalized awaiting bank statement which was submitted 14/08/2024 confirmation received 19:00. We called *** spocke to ASHRAAF who confirm claim is approved and sent for payment till today 19/08/204 13:43 no payment received ,Deceased buried Saturday 17/08/2024.The member had to go and take out a loan with 29% interest so he could bury his mother premiums were collected and client was insured on claiming stage take 48 if all documents were receive still now no payment .this has put serve stress on Mr. Cyril Hlongwane .The service from TFG insure is not TCF
