Terrible service is an understatement
I bought some stuff online, not happy with the sizing I wanted to return it..i went to the totalsport store at Westwood mall yesterday and they say they systems are down, they lodged a complaint so im unable to return the item. Today i go to the pavilion mall branch and the are able to return 1 item and cannot pick up the second item on the system... How do i return the items now? Must i go all around durban looking for a store that can help me?
Ever since you guys moved over to bash your service has become terrible. Please advise what i need to do and please train your staff at your stores.
