TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM TFG/BASH
Terrible experience with TFG's online shop, Bash. The service is useless, and the staff is incredibly condescending over the phone. No communication from their courier company! Then the next thing they return the goods WITHOUT EVEN CONTACTING YOU!! 🤮🤮🤮
Despite my best efforts to resolve my issues, I received no support or help from the Bash team. In fact, their staff was downright rude and unhelpful, which made me feel like I was being treated like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer.
Overall, I would not recommend Bash to anyone looking for an online shopping experience. TFG needs to seriously reconsider the level of service they provide to their customers and make significant improvements to their online shop!

I have been trying to get a refund since last week Friday, and all I keep receiving are emails from Bash regarding a failed delivery. However, I have no knowledge about any such delivery, and the whole situation is becoming increasingly irksome.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could assist me in getting my refund as soon as possible. I have tried multiple times to reach out to your team, but I haven't received any satisfactory response to my request.
