Terrible service from TFG
Biggest mistake buying electronics from them. Bought a laptop in August, the laptop refused to boot up in early Dec. The store has been trying to assist but head office is completely unhelpful . Logged a call with HO, without feedback 2 weeks later they closed the case. This product is still within the warranty period . I would like assistance and proper service. Ref RM283248 from HO
