Terrible service from Makharms and MTN

I bought a phone at a Makharms store in Durban (Workshop) and I've been having problems with the phone for the past four months. Every time i send it back, they send it to the MTN repair center where it takes them two weeks to "Fix it". When it comes back, i always discover that it is not fixed which requires me to start the process all over again to send it back to them. This has happened over 3 times and now this is the 4th time. My phone has been gone for more than 3 weeks without any feedback.
