Terrible service

You guys service and aftersales are pathetic, i contacted you on monday regarding a terribly packed parcel that was sent to me last week. You sent a pair or R2800 sneakers wrapped in a damaged box with no care whatsoever ..the sneakers look used ..it looks like i bought a **** pair of the streets and your quality control was okay in sending it to me only because its my money and not yours.

All you have done this entire week was tell me you waiting for feedback from sportscene, is this matter not urgent to you? As a long time buyer your service and quality has dropped drastically.

I am totally dissatisfied with the way you guys are handling this matter.

Its been 1 week and im still waiting for an outcome
