Terrible Servic TFG Insurance

Good day all.

I'm extremely disappointed in the services as well as the outcome of my insurance claim submitted via Foschini insurance group.

For number one it quite a runaround to get answers with regards to a claim submitted,

My mother is a pensioner and does allot of outdoor activities and for this reason we decided to have her mobile device insured in case of anything happening.

On the 21st of this month my mother was at Athlone pools and left her phone in her bag in a normal secure place. With it being school holiday there was obviously quite a few people around, when she was done with her swimming class, she discovered her phone was missing out of her bag (******), this is where insurance fall in,

4 years of paying insurance we are now told her claim is declined due to negligence which in totally unacceptable like she was supposed to take her phone into the pool.

Please note she have been attending this place for quite a while and had no issues so negligence cannot be the answer.
