Terrible Online Service - TFG

I purchased a shoe online from Sportscene on the 18th of December 2019, On the 22nd the order was cancelled as they did not have stock. This was suppose to be a gift for Christmas.

I have not been notified on email or by SMS, if i had not logged on to check the status i would have still not known up till today.

I have purchased online on different sites and this has been the first and last time that i will try Sportscene/ TFG online. I have been calling customer care everyday with not joy, this is why i have decided to write this review.

When they needed the payment it was done the same day, however when its time for the refund, nobody knows whats happening. I hope this review will help you guys not make the same mistake i have made.
