Terrible online purchase system
TFG really needs to improve their online shopping system. Every single time I buy something online there is a problem. I recently bought an item online. The item got delivered without a voucher it was supposed to come with. When I call the online number I am advised that I need to go to the store as they cant assist me. What is the point of purchasing things online when I physically have to go to the store to to get a missing item :( Appalling really :(
