Terrible customer services and **** marketing.
I am extremely disappointed with the service from TFG with my Black Friday purchase.
7 items were purchased online. A month has passed and I have only received 1.
After various excuses from call center agents such as "the item was out of stock" and items were damaged" they mentioned that I will be given a refund.
This is unacceptable because some of the items are still available for purchase on the website. A refund does not benefit me as those items are not as the same price as black friday deals.
TFG has lost a loyal customer with excellent credit after this terrible customer service.
