Terrible customer service

I would like to leave a terrible service review. I went to foshini on the 21st of December trying to make a purchase by using my passport seeing that my bakkie was ****** not so long ago with my wallet inside that contained all of cards ,ID etc. So if being paying my account every month. Paying more than the monthly installment so much so that they've increased my increased my credit limit twice in one year for being a good paying customer... So when I wanted to make a purchase this week using my passport they wouldn't help saying that it's not a valid proof of identification. Really!!! And that I need my GREEN BOOK ID as identification 🤦♀️🤣.. Ok then turn around went to truworths using my passport and they helped no problem.. So can easily up my credit but I can't make a purchase for perfume for a Christmas gift. 🖕.. The irony is that I can leave the country with my passport but it doesn't count as proof of I identification at foshini kollanade. I'm going to pay up my account then close it..Foshini zero minus zero stars for customer service for incompetence 100stars ..
