Terrible
Terrible service, placed an order on 29 April 2020, to date no delivery. I was promised a call back from Naweer, Aysha, Pearl and Cameron. I called the courier and according to them my address was not changed and 1 parcel was delivered incorrectly. Other goods has been out for delivery since 15 May which was changed to 26 May 2020, still no delivery. I have complained on their facebook page yet no action was taken. They are pathetic and not willing to efficiently solving this issue.
