Taken for a bumpy ride indeed
Why did I receive a message saying the issue has been resolved yet no one phoned me From foschini? I complained about the charges I got on my account. To date no one phoned me. To my surprise I get this message👇
"TFG Customer, thanks for contacting us. CS-387221 has been resolved relating to your TFG Financial Services - Customer Services feedback / request. Regards TFG ww****g.co.za/contact-us"
Is this some kind of a sick joke? Well it's not funny at all 🙄.
