Super Bad service

I have bought staff online and some of the stuff where not delivered as they were out of stock but until today i have not received my refund - i have sent bank statement as requested but nothing has been done and i am tired of calling this call centre and being told one thing over and over again . TFG must just drop the online store and focus on the physical store
