I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the rejection of my cell phone insurance claim for my Honor x6a, which was lost at Ga-Rankuwa shopping complex on 27 May 2025. Despite filing a claim and providing all necessary documentation, my claim was rejected on 3 June 2025.. I believe the claim was unfairly declined because the reason given for its decline was that the phone was lost in a public restroom, deemed negligence on my part by the insurer. I mean, who chooses where and when they lose their belongings? I stated the phone was lost in the restroom because that was the last place I remember having it. I had taken all reasonable care to protect my phone; the loss was not due to any intentional act or negligence on my part.

As a loyal customer, I have always paid my premiums on time and in good faith. The loss of my phone has caused me significant inconvenience. I request a thorough review of my claim and would appreciate a reconsideration of the decision.
