Stupid insurance

I am an irate customer, I have claimed my phone on the 30/12/2024 and still no word from your so called insurance, I am going to pay off my account and cancel it with immediate effect. I have been with your group for over ten years and a loyal customer, but I have reached the ceiling, my patience is tested and have run out.
