Store card got blocked

Well isn't this absolutely terrific. I have been paying and using my foschini account for months now with no problems. Payments are always paid upfront and now I learned they have randomly blocked my account account for some reason and I'm being told to go to a store with my ID so they can contact forensics. For what? I am going to close my account. Might as well start paying cash. These people will treat you like a ******** even if you pay them on time.
