Stinking attitude from an agent

Worst customer service experience. I called the customer service today around 15:18pm from the American Swiss The Glen branch. I have never been so disrespected in my life by a consultant. I was given a stinking attitude by the customer service agent, she was not even interested in hearing what I had say, she hung up the phone on my ear!! Right now, I just wish I had money to settle the balance on my account and never have to deal with such people. People who think they are doing customers a favor by taking those calls.
