Stinking attitde

On Sunday the 29th of Sept I bought 6 phones from HI @ Maponya Mall I spent about R18000 for all phones I was happy with the service I got the only issue my husband had was with the earphones for the Samsung A2 core they were not in the box we were told it comes that way from Samsung but the other A2 core had earphones inside the box we got home my child did not like the ear phones we went to complain on the 2nd Oct that is when we found a lady by the name of Bathabile Davis we tried to explain she just started shouting and screamed that where is she supposed to get the ear phones from the next thing she gave us the actual ear phones we wanted she was rude she doesn't know how to talk to customers one of her colleagues followed us and apologized for her rudeness she said she is like that.. I am so disappointed especially after I spent my hard earned money to buy phones for my family Bathabile Davis has a stinking attiitude she has no regard for customers it's like she is doing u a favour TFG needs to hire people who actually care about customers..
