Still waiting for Customer care
I recently bought a product from the TFG Online shop (@home) Upon opening the box, I found the product actually missed a item. I contacted the customer service as well as the online shopping department and has yet to received any form of feedback.
From what I've read, it seems customer satisfaction and care is not high on their list of priorities..
