Still waiting for an order from November 2019...

I’m still waiting for an order I placed on the 29th of November 2019, I was hoping to get this order before Christmas 2019, it is now the end of February and I have still not received this package. After a number of back and forth communication mostly initiated by myself throughout December, January and February being told that they were 100% sure the item was delivered on the shipping date, even though it wasn't because I was there with other people the whole time and no one signed for it or collected it. I was then told that it was a possibility a neighbour collected it and signed for it. Even though I did not authorize anyone else to collect or sign for said parcel. I was then told they would communicate with the couriers, again I waited for feedback.

I was told last week, when I phoned them again that Sportscene in the Pavilion (Durban) had received my item and that the courier had sent it there by mistake and that they were going to send it from there to my address and that I would be communicated within the next couple of days, I waited and waited and waited. Still nothing. I eventually decided to just go to Sportsscene, Pavilion with my invoice, order number and email threads.

I get there and they say the order was never delivered to their branch and they know about the situation because TFG had phoned them asking about the order but it hadn’t been delivered there, I once again as a customer having to attempt to sort this issue out without any communication or effort from TFG.

This is up there with the worst customer service and online orders I've ever had and will not be ordering from TFG again.
