still awaiting response

<p>last week I got a response about my complaint and still haven't received any call from the above mentioned company. my complaint was about the price changes from my email about a make up foundation" Estee Lauder" sold under foschini and the actual price in store. I'll appreciate the response soon as this is against customer'service rights. there shouldn't be discrepancy in the advertised price and the price in store. </p>
