Still awaiting for response since January

<p>Good morning. I've beenever waiting for a response from tfg stores on a complaint regarding the price change on the advertised product and the actual price which I got in the store. I'm really disappointed by foschini store and tfg as a whole. I've called and sent emails and all I got was empty promises that I'll be called back. Very disappointing </p>
