Sterns The Grove Namibia

My wife bought me an expensive watch for Christmas at ASJ The Grove Namibia. On 1 January 2022 my wife and I drove in to Windhoek to visit ASJ @ The Grove Mall to purchase a ring to match the watch. On our way to ASJ at 13:45; they were already closing their doors. We then went to Sterns and entered at 13:50. The lady was very unfriendly and told us that we cannot buy anything because they are closing at 14:00 and she has already done a F7 and did her cash-up. We explained that we are swiping with our debit card. But she flatly refused to assist. I already knew what I wanted and was not going to keep her there after 14:00.
