Sterns Tempo. Bad quality. Bad service

Sterns Vangate Mall. The worse service ever. Bought a Tempo watch online lats year November. Wore it twice and it fell off my arm. Strap broke. Apparently technicians doing tge repairs were closed over the December holiday season and was advise to bring it in February of this year. Took it in for repairs beginning of March this year where I was told I'd have to pay for it. Having to pay for repairs on a brand new watch i only wore twice nogal. Still waiiting on a quotation. Went in to the branch on Saturday where the consultant told me she would follow up and call me back later that day. Still waiting on the call. Worse service ever. Worse quality on a watch ever.
