Sterns rude management and theft

So regarding my bad experience I had with sterns yesterday I contacted TF head office this morning after calling sterns 6 times and nobody at the store answer the call at all. Head office/ customer service looged a complaint which took a 30 minutes call and then just ended up telling me someone will call me backnin 24 to 48 hours. I am literally going back and forth just to get back my own money and spending money doing so. How does such a well known brand and bussiness have such horrible service and poor customer service all in 1. It's my money and refund....why should I want 7 to 14 working days for something i paid cash for. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! RUDE STAFF!!!!! AND VERY DELAYED.
