Sterns earrings are faulty - TFG not take responsibility

I purchased earrings that were faulty at Sterns, I returned them within ten days and was told I couldn't get a refund. I was then forced to take a new pair with the same type of manufacturing fault. 3 months later the gold clip on the earring bent and I took it back, they refusing to take it back. I have written to their customer service centre and I'm not getting any response. My reference is S-*** Logged with TFG Customer Services on 27 July, they just ignoring my follow-up emails.
