Sterns 9ct gold earrings are poorly manufactured

Sterns staff at Kenilworth branch are uninformed and not helpful. Well not all of them, there's one lovely young lady that tries to help but also just follows what the more senior staff tells her to do. No manager visible, they phone the manager, and she refuses to talk to customers. They refuse to take back bent earrings that cost close to R4000.
