Stay away from TFG

Tfg has the worse online service. Not so long ago I I ordered bags and didnt recieve then till this day with no refund NOTHING! On the 10/01 I ordered a per of sneakers at total sport to my surprise I recieved 2 right foot sneakers I then called them to tell them was told I need to go to total sport to return them like it's my fault the reason i ordered online was because i couldnt go to total sport so online was convenient for me. The whole of last week I'm calling them asking what is the way forward and they have been promising to call me back. I would love for them to tell me exactly what I should do now should I just move on like I had to before with the bags ? Is this how they treat all they customers?
