Stay away from Bash, they don't care about their customers

This is the worst company ever, I placed an order and I never received it, when I check on their app it says delivered. I contacted them immediately and they acknowledge that it was not delivered but now they are blaming the courier, saying they are the once at fault. Today they send me a message to rate their driver even though they told me they are investigating. They don't even bother to update you,I have to be the one chasing them.this is my worst nightmare. My child went to his graduation without shoes and now it looks like I lost my money too.stay away from Bash
