Sportscene Online
I bought a tracksuit from Sportscene online and over 2 weeks later, it has not been delivered. I have called TFG many times and even the store that they say the jacket is with but no one seems to be able to get them to courier it. I call daily, leave my details and get told someone will call me but it never happens. I have spent so much airtime calling but i dont get help. I dont know what to do now. I am beyond frustrated and as a loyal TFG customer, i will not be buying from them again.

08 Dec 2020, 08:32Hi TFG. I called yesterday and was told that my parcel is scheduled for delivery yesterday. When I check online, it still shows that its at the warehouse. I just don't know what to do anymore :(:(:(
