Southdale Worst store !!!

I went to sneaker factory Southdale mall met a lady there I forgot her name and a guy called Menzi after having looked for the Vans that is on special I was told Alexander mall and mall of the south have stock and I should pay R60 courier fee to have it brought to the shop I waited over an hour eventually left my details to be called with feedback the next day no call untill 11:00 I decided to call and I was told the guy from mall of the south didn’t come they waited for him long stories from an arrogant person who told he didn’t give me time he was gonna call I asked him because u knew u didn’t have the sneaker what were you waiting for ? He had attitude I later got called by Tshepang who told me the Southdale store gave them wrong information and I should come to the store to resolve the issue … The Southdale staff are *********** teenagers lack of customer service or urgency thereof they don’t take customers seriously at all that store is a mess the way they talk to customers to lying to customers all the way to the empty promises I am appalled by such behaviour from a TFG store … give that store some training they need it they just disrespect and argue with customers like it’s nothing as for Menzi and that chubby lady In the store they are the worst not humble nothing … they blamed everything on Peter from mall of the south … thank God for Tshepang though he sold me damaged stock that had water damage the sneaker was not damaged only the box he tried his best to help me I appreciate him.
