I have a claim with TFG, I dont care that it is a 3rd party doing the insurance claims. i want to know what the hell is going on. I need to everytime call in for updates then to find out information is needed. information we already provided. its been a month.
i am a loyal customer and if this is the service i am getting then i will be closing my account with TFG, including all insurance. I dont have time for alot of bull****. I have my responsibilities i need to attended to, I dont work for TFG.
Yesterday i call in and told them to call my brother who is the owner of the phone i bought the lady said she will call this was at 12:00pm side and he is still waiting. i requested to be called back ones she has spoken to him so i can get everything that is needed, sorted.
