Shoes wrong sides were delivered

Hi Bought shoes online at Foschini which was sourced from Langa Mall in Mbombela only to find that the shoes both right sides instead of right and left. Called TFG I was given stories then called Foschini Langa Mall I was told they don't have the shoes
