Shoes ****** in the store while on Laybay. 🤔🤔

Hello... I have never seen such.. I Laybayed shoes at Archive vaal and on 6th of November 2023 I went to the store to take out my shoes and I was shown an empty box saying my shoes were missing/******. I wrote the letter to the manager and she said she'll be escalating the matter and on the latter I requested for 10 days response and they didn't, I also emailed their head office but still no response.
