TFG was fine til they became BASH for online sales. Logging a return is a nightmare! You have to use the chat, which goes around in circles via a bot and says the order is not eligible - when it is; OR you have to try to find an email address, (good luck with that) - then email and send all the details they already have - order no, address, cell no, etc. Total waste of time! Shocking e-commerce.
