SHOCKING NEW CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

What a bad experience as a new customer wanting to open an account. I complete the full application online. I then receive a link with a code to access the outcome and the link very clearly is a security risk, so I cannot access it via my phone or computer.

I then contact their customer help line, only to be bounced between the automated welcome message and number selection (2 for new accounts) for minutes on end with the same selection message playing over and over again and no possible way to speak to a human!!!!

I actually am SO put off by the experience, I feel like cancelling my application if this is what service looks like in their world.
