Shocking
I purchased a faux leather magazine holder 24 x 35.5cm online which was delivered to me with black finger marks on the inside of the item. Shocking! How is dirty/used items being packed without the packer noticing it? Again, like I've mentioned before you honestly do strive to give pathetic customer service. You will refund me for this item or send me another one. I had to give a dirty and what looks like a used item to a friend on Christmas. What a disgrace!
