Settlement Letter
I am very unhappy with the service I’m currently receiving, I’ve been handed over without my knowledge and now I made a full payment of the amount that I was now I am unable to get a settlement letter. I’m being from pillar to post, no on can help. I have a case number and was told that the turnaround time is 7-14 days. That’s an inconvenience for me, as I need to submit that letter to be cleared from the credit bureau.
