Service Is A Slap In The Face

If I could I would've Rated a ZERO!! star Rating, for Bad customer service.. You guys should discontinue online shopping if this is the way you treat customers.. I ordered two items on the 29th November.. Expecting it within 5-7 working Days, If that policy even exists at this company today is the 10th day without receiving constructive feedback back from the customer representatives each time I call in, I received an email confirming that it will be available and delivered on the 12th of December.. Nothing happened, no one follows up, no emails get sent through, no calls, absolutely NOTHING!

I Guess I'll have to wait until 2021..for my orders.
