I am so disgusted at the incompetence I experienced while seeking assistance from the TFG call centre! Two consultants told me that my account has been handed over to DMC debt management however when I reached out to them to make the payment, they advised that TFG took back their account. At this point, TFG cannot give me the accurate information, and this is stopping me from settling this stupid account and getting it off my record!!!!! I CANNOT BUY A CAR BECAUSE OF THIS NONSENSE!! I WANT TO CLOSE THIS ******* ACCOUNT NOW!
