Selling rejects

You take me for granted I want my money back can someone arrange for courier to come collect this phone. I don't want it anymore, nobody is taking me serious, I believe they are waiting for screen to crack so that I can come buy another phone. I have given you options to go collect at my nearby stores and still you were unable to deliver.

I have asked you nicely it seems like if I was Karen from Sandton or Fourways I was gonna be taken serious, now I have made my decision to return this phone and get credited back my money back into my account. Surely my account is not that important to you and my money is not good enough for your store. Please arrange for collection ASAP
