Selling non quality and poor service

I'm writing this review for the second time and i haven't receive any reply so I've also tagged TFG as they are in the same ambrella as G-Star Raw so i bought a pair of a black sneaker in Waterfront branch in February and i only wore it twice in March and now recently in July so it was my 1st time washing them both side are thorn and i went to the store the lady i spoke with couldn't help me and i even left it there because i didn't know what to do so this is my last resort can TFG please assist contact me on ***
