Tfg say product is available online

You pay and then hours later you get a email

Stating the order is cancelled cause they have no stock

And that the reimbur*****t of funds will take 3-10 days

Firstly it’s not acceptable for a payed for order to not be fifulled

Secondly to expect repayment to take that amount of time is even worse

I purchased a birthday present for my wife which I expect to be honoured

You site stated the product was available

I ask for what I paid for
