Security tag still on garment

We did an online order and one of the items my sons shorts still has the security tag on it. We have so many questions but most importantly we need exact to collect the shorts and give us one with out the security tag. We cant take it to the shop as it was an online purchase and it didn't come with any receipts in the packet.
