I visited Markham store yesterday in Lakeside mall and the service I received was pathetic I was there to buy shoes and there was no one there to assist me I had to take a picture of the shoe then go to the cashier and ask for the shoe which meant the cashier had to leave the counter and go look for the shoe while I wait anyways the cashier comes back with the shoe and gives it to her colleague to scan and after I have paid the cashier opens the shoe box only to find out it is not the correct shoe and asks his other colleague to bring me the correct shoe and I am asked to take a sit and wait the colleague comes back and tells the cashier that the size I want is not available and no one gives me feedback and I decide to go back to the que because I had been waiting for long then its when I am told that the size I want is not available mind due I'm now in the que for the second time I decided I'm just going to leave everything and take my card and I told the cashier that he must return the purchase but to my surprise today when I open my statement the items were not returned so I don't understand what kind of **** is going on here
